Classes ended Dec. 5, and KTRU’s winter schedule started the next Monday. Eat the Crayon will be back next semester, hopefully by late January. If I record any gems in Puerto Rico or Mexico, I will send them your way.

Eat the Crayon comes on every Friday at 5pm (central time) on 91.7 FM KTRU, Rice Radio, Houston, Texas.
During the summer and winter breaks, however, shows will only be occasional. Expect regular programming around mid-September, but stay tuned and check here for summer specials.
We feature stories and interviews about everything, from poetry to policy, from science to storytelling.
